Brooklyn's big trip to Coronado

Brooklyn's class went on a trip by bus and trolley to Coronado.

Brooklyn always finds shells and other stuff to bring home and fill up her drawers with.

Luckily we have a good dentist in the family...even though he is not really a doctor! I might give his card to Brooklyn's friend too.

It was so nice to have the various people and the Friar come see Brooklyn at the Game. They gave her an actual game ball and a souvenir plastic Padres ball. It was so nice and the seats were unbelievable. I highly recommend taking someone in a wheelchair to the game and get these seats.

The best part of the whole night was that it was Mexican appreciation night.

Class Trip

I got to spend the day with Haylee on a class field trip to the lighthouse.

The girls were very excited to hear all about the details of Cabrillo and the lighthouse. I had a great time with Haylee.

Every once in a while Jami lets me babysit Ezra. Seth came over to play and they were so funny together. Seth loves to play pass back with the ball but Ezra just liked to hog the ball. Nonetheless, they were really cute together and it was a really fun day. Melinda, don't you love Ezra's smile? :p

Jarrod took me on a hike up Stonewall Peak! We invited Jeff's family and Lis, Kacey, Kalli, and Sarah. It is 2 miles up and 2 miles down so I figured it would take about an hour and a half, well I was wrong....it took 3 hours! Not too shabby for 2 very out of shape people....yep, you guessed it, Jeff and Kerity held us up! Anyways, Ally made it but not without her share of whining. But, Jarrod and I sacrificed and stayed back with her and Haylee. Once we made it to the top, it was kinda scary with all the kids jumping around and a not too safe railing but we made it down safe and sound. It was a really fun day and we made some great memories!!
