Fishing In Utah

We recently went to Utah to visit Janna and George, and also Kim and Nate. George took all of us up to a little reservoir and we let the kids try fishing.


The kids loved it and had a great time. We tried to get in the water a little, but it was freezing cold. I also just noticed that I have duplicate pictures and I do not know how to delete it. Enjoy the extra lake picture!

In case everyone was wondering, there is a reason that there are no pictures of fish that we caught because there were no fish that we caught!

We are so lame about blogging. We have such beautiful girls (and smart too) that I am digging up fairly recent photos and showing them off. Marci took a beach excursion recently with some of the cousins and these are the highlight photos. My girls love their cousins so much and have so much fun with them too. It is nice for them to have such good friends that are good kids.

My Child Was Citizen of the Month at AES

I am so proud of my two scholars! Haylee and Brooklyn work so hard to remain number one in their classes respectively. These two homeworkaholics never have a second for anything beyond school. Haylee is currently prepping for the SAT's and hopes to get somewhere in the 1200's. That would be a good start, but to get into an IVY League school those numbers won't do. Brooklyn is mainly focusing on her third language and hopes to start prepping for the ACT next year. BYU looks only at your ACT score if you didn't know this. We are so proud of these two!
